Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our 3D printing services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

• "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to Blaster 3D.
• "Service" refers to our 3D printing services, website, and related services.
• "You" or "Customer" refers to the individual or entity using our services.
• "Order" refers to a request for 3D printing services placed through our website.
• "3D Model" or "STL File" refers to the digital file you upload for printing.

2. Service Description

Blaster 3D provides FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printing services using PLA and PETG materials. Our services include:

• 3D printing of customer-provided 3D models
• Instant quote calculation for printing services
• Design consultation (if requested)
• Post-processing services (support removal, basic finishing)
• Shipping and delivery of printed parts

3. Order Process

3.1 Placing an Order

To place an order, you must:

• Upload a valid STL or compatible 3D model file
• Provide accurate contact and shipping information
• Select appropriate print settings (material, layer height, infill)
• Review and accept the quoted price
• Complete payment through the provided payment methods

3.2 File Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Your 3D model files are watertight and manifold
• The files are properly scaled and oriented
• You have the legal right to print the designs
• The files do not contain viruses or malicious code
• File size does not exceed our maximum upload limit (100MB)

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Prices are calculated based on:

• Model volume and dimensions
• Selected material (PLA or PETG)
• Layer height and print quality settings
• Infill percentage
• Support material requirements
• Post-processing requirements

4.2 Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
• Bank Transfer
• Cash on Delivery (for local orders, subject to approval)

Full payment must be received before production begins.

4.3 Minimum Order

The minimum order value is ₹800. Orders below this amount will not be processed.

5. Production and Delivery

5.1 Production Time

Typical production times are:

• Small orders (1-3 parts): 1-2 business days
• Medium orders (4-10 parts): 2-4 business days
• Large orders (10+ parts): 4-7 business days

Production time does not include shipping time.

5.2 Shipping

We ship orders throughout India using reliable courier services. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Quality and Tolerances

3D printed parts have inherent characteristics including:

• Layer lines visible on surfaces
• Slight variations in dimensions (±0.2mm typical)
• Support material marks on supported surfaces
• Minor surface imperfections

By placing an order, you accept these characteristics as normal for FDM 3D printing. We make every effort to produce high-quality prints and will address any defects caused by printing errors.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your 3D designs. We will not share, sell, or distribute your files or printed parts without your consent. We may retain copies of files for our records for up to 30 days after order completion.

You warrant that you have the legal right to reproduce any designs you submit for printing. We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears to infringe on intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

Blaster 3D shall not be liable for:

• Design flaws in customer-provided 3D models
• Use of printed parts in safety-critical applications
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Force majeure events beyond our control
• Consequential or indirect damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

• Within 2 hours of placing the order: Full refund
• After 2 hours but before production starts: 80% refund
• Once production has started: No refund

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
